2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process. We may offer free shipping on orders exceeding a specified value, as indicated on our website. Any additional charges, such as taxes or duties, will be communicated before order confirmation.


3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 48 hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. In case of delays due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email or SMS.


4. Delivery Timeframe
Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Metro Cities: Estimated delivery within 4 - 5 business days.
  •  Non-Metro Cities & Remote Areas: Estimated delivery within 7 - 10 business days.

Please note that delivery timelines are approximate and may be affected by external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier service delays, or public holidays.


5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking
information. You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number on our delivery partner's website. If you face any issues with tracking, contact us at info@the8nine.com.


6. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 02 times. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability, or other reasons, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, a re-delivery fee may apply. Ensure that you provide accurate delivery information and are available to receive the package.

 

7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at info@the8nine.com. Include your order number, unboxing video and photographs of the damaged product for a swift resolution.


8. Changes to Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be accommodated once the order is processed or dispatched.
